Cliff River Springs is a family-owned and operated retreat in the New Mexico wilderness, offering seven private casitas set across 1,200 acres. Guests can enjoy winding trails, natural springs, a spring-fed swimming pond and access to the Rio Ojo Caliente, with the property providing a peaceful base for couples, groups, workshops and retreats.
What made you join Inn Style
After researching booking services and property management software, Inn Style stood out to us. We liked the company model and design, as well as the support that Inn Style puts forward.
We had re-opened our inn after a few years of dormancy and wanted a new system that felt more modern and would make the process of organising bookings easier. We also wanted an intuitive booking calendar that worked well for both our guests and ourselves.
The biggest factors that made Inn Style stand out from the other options we researched were the web design and the support network. These were important to us when choosing a new system.
What stands out for us
One of the features we really like is the calendar, which we were able to integrate into our website while keeping our own branding.
We’ve also found the support from the Inn Style team to be a real benefit. Terrez and the other agents we have worked with around the world have been helpful and attentive whenever we have had a question or needed help setting up our booking site.
Overall, the support has made the process of getting everything set up much easier.
