Using them takes the hassle out of maintaining your own booking information and also for taking online payments (as well as linking to other platforms if you are using them), and there's lots of flexibility in the platform. It is wonderful to be able to leave Inn Style PMS to deal with my bookings for my three holiday cottages. There is no intervention required from me- the system deals with the guest from initial booking acknowledgement, sending out balance payment reminders, confirming payments made, and sending arrival information and check-in email. This saves hours of time, and also takes away the risk of any double-booking, which would be a risk if using a paper based system.
